Full spectrum light closely resembles natural sunlight, which plants have been accustomed to for billions of years. Plants thrive when given the quality and intensity of light that they are accustomed to and have naturally adapted to.

WHAT DOES THE ETL CERTIFICATION MEAN?
A product that bears the ETL-Certified label has been evaluated by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and meets national product safety standards. An ETL certification is accepted in the U.S. and in Canada.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We ship most lights using standard ground shipping. After the order is processed, we send most orders out within 1-3 days. Once the items leaves the warehouse, shipping times can range from 2-7 business days depending on your location. If you need your lights sooner, please let us know before you place your order and we will work to accommodate your needs.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed or sent out, a 10-20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Illumesgrow wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping and handling. We will refund the original shipping and handling on returns if an item is defective or if Illumesgrow made an error. However, if you return the item for any other reason, we will no longer refund the original shipping and handling. Please make sure to ship your return packages with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

WARRANTY

Illumesgrow offers a 5-year warranty to protect against manufacturer defects and malfunctions. If you experience failure of an LED or other component not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, we will replace the product within the warranty period.
